This is a classic case of a driver not paying attention at a roundabout. The driver who drove into the side of a cyclists who was already on the roundabout tries to blame the rider for her not seeing him. Talking to the cyclist the driver says “I feel like you’re the one that jumped in front of my car because I didn’t even see you”
The cyclist reported he had a sore back after the incident and both wheels on the bike were buckled but was thankful he wasn’t knocked off his bike.
