The 24 Hours of Le Mans bike races takes place on the 20th and 21st of August 2016 and more than 4000 riders from France and abroad are expected to take part in the endurance event on the legendary Bugatti Circuit of Le Mans.

The aim of the race is to cycle the longest distance during the 24 hours. You can compete as a single rider, in a pair or in teams of 4, 6 or 8 riders. You also need to be at least 18 years old in the year of the race to take part.

The lap is 4.185 metres long and includes the 600m climb of Dunlop Hill which has a maximum gradient of 7%. The track is entirely closed and lit at night during the competition.
