Probably one of the most pointless innovations for the bike, this elliptical wheel has an off center hub to counter act the elliptical shape of the wheel from what we can gather, giving riders a very similar experience to conventional wheels.

The Elip is a bicycle wheel with elliptical but which provides an experience similar to conventional bicycles, since the user’s point of view, the movement of the eccentricity is ” corrected ” . This patented technology also allows ” off and on ” stabilization of one or two wheels , allowing use of the bike in different ways. Still in prototype stage , this is the first presentation of Elip expected to awaken new sensations to the rider.”
