As at last year’s race, Lotto Soudal will compete at Paris-Nice (2.UWT) using a different strip to their regular red and white gear.

The Belgian team will line up at the start of the race in Bois-d’Arcy on 5 March in a blue and white strip and will race under the name of Lotto Fix All for the eight-day race. Fix All is a multi-purpose glue produced by Soudal.

At last year’s race, Tim Wellens won the final stage for Lotto in Nice, racing in their alternative colours.

The team’s bike supplier – Ridley Bikes – have also created a special design for Lotto Fix ALL.

“When they told us that Lotto Soudal would become Lotto Fix ALL in Paris-Nice we didn’t hesitate to create a special design,” said Jochim Aerts, CEO Ridley Bikes.

“The frames were lacquered in our factory in Belgium and that’s why we could supply the team with new frames in only six weeks. We decided to sell the frame as a limited edition.”
