Surveillance video from West Palm Beach, Florida shows a January 5th incident in which bicyclist Albert Johnson is knocked off his bike by a pickup and then attacked by its driver. The incident began after an argument between Johnson and the driver as he tailgated him and a friend riding their bikes on the street, and resulted in Johnson being punched and kicked repeatedly by the driver.
The driver fled the scene, but the sheriff’s department later tracked down and arrested Cody Hayes, 28, for aggravated battery.
