Etixx-Quick Step rider Iljo Keisse has posted a photo showing the toll that riding over 27 sectors of pavé, totalling 52.8 kilometres takes on your hand.
The Belgian rider who finished in 115th position, 18’30” down on race winner Mathew Hayman posted the following photo on Twitter.
