Nicolas Roche Performance Team (NRPT) are looking for votes in order to receive a grant of €5,000 for the team. NRPT have been shortlisted for the grant from the Version 1 Community Trust.
Version 1 is an international management consulting, managed services, software development, and outsourcing company and the Community Trust is an initiative which supports the transformation of the local and global communities in which we live and work. Grants are given out to ten or more worthy causes four times a year ranging in value of €500-€5,000.
Each quarter, Version 1 employees submit video entries detailing the community causes which matter to them. We then open the entries to a public vote which determines which causes receive the grants available. The voting takes place on their Facebook site and are open to the public in the last month of the quarter.
NRPT is a Junior Team founded by Nicholas Roche and Philip Finegan and the team is made up of some of the best junior riders in Ireland and the aim is to give them that platform of experience and knowledge to allow them make that next step into senior cycling and possibly a professional contract.
