Inside The Cannondale Pro Cycling Team Camp

January 2016 and half of the Cannondale Pro Cycling Team come together on the coast of the Costa Brava, Spain, for their first training camp of the year. Gone are the days of team camp being about a gentle pedal in the sun, with specific training sessions up to 7 hours and an opportunity for new riders to meet existing members of the team in preparation for the season ahead.
