In what will be a first for a cycling team, Quick-Step Floors will open a pop-up store over the coming months. The store will open on February 23rd with the pre-Omloop Het Nieuwsblad press conference, and continue until the Paris-Roubaix weekend on April 7th.

The store which will be at the Ring Shopping in Kortrijk, Belgium will have what the team describes as “a myriad of activities for our fans, ranging from photo and autograph sessions of the riders to contests and workshops conducted by our mechanics.”

Quick-Step Floors Cycling Team CEO Patrick Lefevere and Classics legend Tom Boonen, winner of over 20 one-day races during his 16-year career, will be in attendance to provide an insight into the world of the cobbled classics to visitors. The entire Event Calendar will be made public soon on the team website and on the Facebook page.

“We are proud to launch the Quick-Step Floors Pop-Up Store,” said Quick-Step Floors CEO Patrick Lefevere. “Not only that it’s a first for a cycling team, but it goes in line with our concept and desire of bringing the fans closer to us.

“Cycling is a sport which would be poorer without the fans and their support, and that’s why we are glad to give them the opportunity to join us during the Classics and hopefully share many great moments that will become indelible memories over the years.”
