The Vuelta a Costa Rica is taking place at the moment, and runs until Christmas Day. The UCI 2.2 race has been run since 1965, but it seems they still have a thing or two to learn about traffic management.
This video is from this week’s time-trial stage, where a rider has to negotiate a junction. Very hard to set a good time when you’ve also to keep an eye out for traffic.
