A football match was held earlier this week between French cyclists and The Rest of the World at Stade Jean Bouin in D’Issy-les-Moulineaux.

The teams included some big names, and the final score was 5-5 with the Rest of the World winning 4-3 on penalties.

The team line-ups were as follows:

Romain Bardet – Alexandre Blain – Nacer Bouhanni – Rayane Bouhanni – Bryan Coquard – Rémy Di Gregorio – Jimmy Engoulvent – Armindo Fonseca – Adrien Petit – Cédric Pineau – Jérôme Pineau (cap) – Thibaut Pinot – Kevin Reza – Christophe Riblon – Geoffrey Soupe – Sébastien Turgot – Arthur Vichot

Rest of the World / Coach : Oscar Pereiro

Afterwards, a few of the French players (Romain Bardet, Thibaut Pinot, Nacer Bouhanni and his brother Rayane) had a keepy-uppy competition and the younger Bouhanni was particularly impressive. Rayane will ride for Cofidis in 2016.
