USADA CEO Travis Tygart was in Dublin yesterday speaking at an information day being held in advance of changes to the Irish anti-doping rules. The event was organised by the Irish Sports Council.
During the event, the Irish Sports Council also launched its new Anti Doping awareness campaign, #BlackMark. The campaign aims to raise awareness of the Anti Doping programme and promote the message of clean sport.
