U.K design firm Cyclehoop have developed a bike rack which demonstrates to anybody who sees it that one car space can be used as parking for up to ten bikes.
The Car Bike Port was originally commissioned by the London Festival of Architecture, and has since been installed around the UK and in several cities across the World.
The car shape conveys the message that bicycles are more space efficient than cars, as well as acting as a barrier to protect parked bicycles from cars.
The Car Bike Port can also be used for temporary bike parking at events, as it promotes cycling and can be easily assembled and transported.
