Yesterday’s final stage of the Tour de France took the riders from Chantilly north of Paris to the traditional finish on the Champs Elysées.
The final stage offers an opportunity for the riders to congratulate each other for making it to Paris and celebrate their successes. The real racing only begins when the riders enter the finishing circuit.
The stage was won by André Greipel (Lotto-Soudal) ahead of green jersey winner Peter Sagan (Tinkoff) in a close sprint finish.
Here are onboard highlights from the stage.
