Team Sky rider Nicolas Roche has returned to training today after being bitten by a spider last week in Australia.
The Vuelta stage winner has been training on the Gold Coast in Queensland in recent weeks following on from his honeymoon and was forced off the bike for four days due to the bite.
He posted a photo of the bite today with the message “For those who were curious about what the bite looked like, my arm a couple of days ago. Crazy Ozzie wildlife!”
not sure what was more nasty, the spider or the bite!
