Mountain biker David Souza was descending down a trail in Northern California recently when a bear ran across his path.
The pair collided, with Souza landing heavily on the rocky trail but luckily he escaped relatively unhurt. The bear meanwhile had already ran back into the woods by the time Souza got back on his feet.
The incident took place on the Mills Peak trail in Plumas County, California.
