Connor McConvey and Jack Sadler have joined up with their new Team 3M team mates for their first training camp in preparation for the 2015 season.
McConvey moves to the team from the Synergy-Baku, whilst Sadler joins from Rapha Condor JLT. They met with their new team mates for the training camp in Belgium. This gave them the opportunity to test their new Cannondale bikes which the team will be riding.
Team 3M aims to become Pro Continental in 2016, and showed great progress in 2014 with a large number of wins.
