After running two very successful cyclocross races last year the Dublin City CX crew have gone one step further and are running a 3 race series this season the “Kalas Classic Series 2015”. The snappy title comes courtesy of the title sponsor Kalas Sportswear who are a leading manufacturer and distributor of cycling apparel in Central and Northern Europe.
Round one sees the race return to Punchestown which was a big favorite with the riders lst year and it will showcase a fine tuned version of last years course. Round two heads to Killruddery Estate, home to many mountain bike championships in the past and if memory serves it also hosted one cyclocross race many moons ago. The venue for the final round will be announced soon once negotiations have finished but it is looking like a north county Dublin venue.
Points for the series will be accumulated over the course of the three races. Races entry is €20 per category, €10 for Juniors and €5 for children.

Places are limited to 80 riders for each race and given the recent upsurge in numbers at cross events early registration is advised.
