The latest round of the Superprestige series took place at Diegem yesterday, and the race was a great battle between Marianne Vos (Rabo Liv), Pauline Ferrand Prévot (Rabo Liv) and Kateřina Nash (Luna Pro).
The slippiness of the track added to the spectacle with a number of crashes taking place including a nasty crash for Nash into the barriers. Also, check out how Ferrand Prévot gains distance on the others from her ability to bunny hop the boards.
Ireland’s Francine Meehan was also competing and took a fine 37th place, finishing on the same lap as the winner Vos. Meehan is building form towards the World Championships in Tabor, Czech Republic at the end of next month.
