Cycling Safety Wexford as part of the ‘Stayin’ Alive at 1.5′ campaign have produced another great video to help promote the safety of cyclists.
The message of the video is for motorists to give the same space and respect when overtaking a cyclist as they would when overtaking a large vehicle.
The aim of the ‘Stayin’ Alive at 1.5′ campaign is to pursue the adoption of a law in Ireland that requires motorists to give cyclists 1.5 metres clearance when passing from the rear.
