Team UAE Abu Dhabi will return to the Arabian Peninsula to line up in the Tour of Oman which runs from 14-19 February and they will be led by 2013 World Champion Rui Costa.

Costa will be supported by Moroccan champion Anass Ait el Abdia, Roberto Ferrari, Marko Kump, Sacha Modolo, UAE champion Yousef Mohamed Mirza, Marco Marcato and Federico Zurlo.

The Portuguese rider will be focusing on the key fifth stage which finishes on Jabal Al Akhdhar (Green Mountain). In last year’s stage to the same summit finish, Costa finished 5th, the same position he finished overall. Last month, he competed in the Tour de San Juan, where he also finished 5th overall.
