Entries opened today for the 2018 Tour of Flanders cyclosportive. We Ride Flanders will take place on Saturday 31 March one day before the pros tackle the same roads.

Entrants will tackle the steep climbs and cobbled sections of the Flemish countryside, made famous by the race and can choose between routes of 74, 130, 170 and 237 kilometres.

The longest distance will largely mirror the course of the pros and start from Antwerp, with the other three routes starting in Oudenaarde. For the 2018 edition the number of participants is limited to 16,000.

Amongst the climbs riders face are the Koppenberg, Taaienberg, Oude Kwaremont and Paterberg.
