Ireland’s premier stage race takes place from Sunday 21 May to Sunday 28 May and entries are now open for county teams that want to take part.

It will be the 63rd edition of the race which first took place in 1953 and will feature the usual mix of county, national and continental teams.

The route for the UCI Europe Tour 2.2 race is yet to be announced. Last year’s race was won by Clemens Fankhauser (Tirol Cycling Team) for the second time in his career ahead of the Australian pair of Jai Hindley and Lucas Hamilton, with Eddie Dunbar the top Irish finisher in fourth place.

For county teams wishing to enter, you can find out more details through this link.
