Trek-Segafredo have announced that Edward Theuns will rejoin the team in 2019. The Belgian rider who last rode with Trek-Segafredo for the 2016 and 2017 seasons was a member of Team Sunweb this season.
During his last season with the team, Theuns took stage victories in the BinckBank Tour and the Presidential Tour of Turkey and he is looking to regain that form.
Edward Theuns: “I’m really happy to be joining Trek-Segafredo again, and I am looking forward to going after some big results in a familiar environment. I can’t wait to work with a lot of people that I know from the past and to be part of this big family again.”
