Argentinian rider Eduardo Sepulveda has signed for Movistar Team after five years with French UCI Pro Continental team Fortuneo-Oscaro squad (named Bretagne – Séché Environnement from 2013-2015).

The rider from Rawson, in the southern province of Chubut has signed a two-year contract with the Spanish team which will take him through to the end of the 2019 season.

26 year-old Sepúlveda has claimed three pro victories, at the Classic Sud Ardèche – Souvenir Francis Delpech and theTour du Doubs – Conseil Général in 2015 and a stage of the 2016 Tour de San Luis.

He has also finished second overall at both the 2016 Tour de San Luis and the 2015 Tour of Turkey and has ridden the last three Tours de France.

A solid climber, Sepúlveda has also won medals at the Panamerican Games in three different disciplines (individual time trial in 2012, individual pursuit and team pursuit in 2013).
