We posted a video yesterday showing Loren Rowney go down just at the finish line in Ronde Van Drenthe. The video appeared to show someone behind the barrier put their hand out and cause the rider to crash and break her collarbone. This second clip has emerged and shows the incident from a slightly different angle. What do you think? Police are now investigating the incident.
