With up to eight feet of snow on the ground in some places, Boston residents and businesses are struggling with where to put it all.
BDC Wire reports that cyclist and local musician Ari Goldberger noticed a massive, impassable mountain of snow blocking a bike and hiking path along the Wellington Greenway in Medford. The snow pile was from the nearby MBTA Wellington station.
After making some inquiries and realising that neither the parking lot owners nor the MBTA were willing to do anything about the snow, Goldberger and his fellow cyclists got to work – digging a tunnel through the snow.
