A cyclist in Warrington, Cheshire has confronted a motorist watching a film while driving. The cyclist spotted the woman with her phone mounted on her windscreen and asked her “Are you watching TV on your phone?” The woman tells him that she’s watching a film.
The cyclist then asks her: “You’re watching a film while you are driving your car?” and the woman responds: “No, I’m not driving, I’m listening to the film.”
The unnamed cyclist says to her: “Please turn off the picture, the police can arrest you for that and take your licence.” He then goes on to say, “I’ve lost friends to people like you that just drive with films on or on the phones
that is at a place called Bevan Island Bridge Foot…probably the busiest place in warrington. Not surprised
