Ireland will be sending a three-person team to the final round of the Tissot UCI Track Cycling World Cup this season in Minsk, Belarus.

The final round takes place from 19th – 21st January and the team will be aiming to pick up qualifying points for the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Apeldoorn at the end of February.

Felix English will be competing in the Omnium, a multi-event competition which is an Olympic class race. The 25-year-old has also enjoyed success in the Madison with Mark Downey earlier this year, winning gold and silver in the event which has recently been added to the Olympic programme.
