This short clip shows an early morning commute by bicycle along the quays in Dublin city. The cyclist may look like he’s cycling erratically but he is just trying to make his way from the inside bike lane to the portion of bike line that is designated for going straight on at O’Connell Street bridge. Joe Seymour, director of AECOM gave a prsentation to Dublin City Council in recent days with various proposals to make the quays in Dublin more bike friendly.
