There was another surprise visitor to Café Velo in Cork today when top Australian sprinter Caleb Ewan turned up.
It follows on from a visit to the café by World’s No.1 rider Alejandro Valverde last year.
Caleb is in Cork today training with the domestic Aqua Blue team who are one of the top teams in the country. The Australian has taken multiple victories already this season including stage wins in the Herald Sun Tour and Tour Down Under.
Thanks to cafe owner Rob Horgan who sent us the photo which shows Rob and Ben Horgan with Aqua Blue riders including Tim Barry and Ewan.
