A Danish UCI Continental team had their team bikes stolen over the weekend and were unable to start Skive-Løbet (1.2) in northern Jutland, Denmark on Sunday.

The twelve bikes from Team VéloCONCEPT were stolen overnight between Saturday and Sunday, leaving it too late for the team to obtain replacements. The team, which was taken over last year by Bjarne Riis and former Saxo Bank CEO Lars Seier, had competed at GP Viborg (1.2) on Saturday which their rider Kasper Asgreen won and team-mate Rasmus Guldhammer took third.

The bikes are black & white and black & red Cervelo S5 with SRAM E-tap gearing and HED-wheels with Schwalbe tires.

The team have asked that if anyone sees, hears of or comes into contact with the bikes please do not hesitate to contact them at info@teamvelonconcept.
