21 year-old Caleb Ewan (Orica-GreenEdge) took his first Grand Tour stage win at the Vuelta a Espana yesterday on the stage from Rota to Alcalá de Guadáira.

The Australian had a great lead-out from his Orica-GreenEdge teammates before getting past John Degenkolb (Giant-Alpecin) in the closing metres.

This edition of Backstage Pass from Orica-GreenEdge shows how well the team controlled the peloton inside the final few kilometres. At one stage, it looked like Peter Sagan (Tinkoff Saxo) would take another win, but the Slovakian champion faded and finished in third place.

The video features a mixture of onboard footage, regular race footage and interviews with the riders and team staff. You can see what the win means to Orica GreenEdge, in what has already been a great Vuelta for the Australian team.
