We thought it was just football teams that recorded a song in advance of a competition but a song has now been released to mark Alex Dowsett’s World Hour record attempt.
A song entitled Perfect Hour, written and produced by Daniel Carasco and sung by Chantelle Lee has been released in advance of Dowsett’s attempt. The English rider will tackle the Hour Record at Lee Valley VeloPark in London on Friday, the 27th of February.
The triple British and reigning Commonwealth Games time trial champion aims to further the current distance of 51.850 KM set by Matthias Brändle (IAM Cycling) in October.
We’re hoping that this doesn’t become a trend.
