The Ghent Six-Day finished last weekend, but cycling fans are already eagerly anticipating next year’s event with the majority of tickets already sold.

The organisers have announced that 30,000 out of 42,000 tickets have already been sold for the event which takes place from 14 November to 19 November. Tickets just went on sale on Monday

This year’s race which was the 76th edition, was won by Mark Cavendish and Bradley Wiggins ahead of Kenny De Ketele and Moreno De Pauw with Elia Viviani and Iljo Keisse finishing in third. The riders competed at a sold-out Kuipke every day.
